Returns Procedure
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days to discuss an exchange or refund of the product value.

Items purchased online or via mail-order cannot be returned to stores stocking Clippy products.
When sending a return we would recommend getting return proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs back are non refundable.
In the event of any product being faulty, we will reimburse your costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.
Processing returns
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 28 days during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact our Customer Services team on at +44 (0) 7790308289.
Cancellations Procedure
You may cancel an order at any time before its been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.
